Terms of Service (Terms of Use / EULA)

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LivePhoto.Video and the LivePix App. These Terms of Service also serve as our Terms of Use for the app experience. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Scope of Services

LivePhoto.Video and LivePix provide tools for converting videos to LivePhotos, converting LivePhotos to other formats (such as GIF or video), creating wallpapers, animating photos with AI, and creating videos from photos.

You agree to use the services in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (iOS)

The iOS app may offer both:

1. Auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly plans).
2. One-time purchases (non-subscription digital purchases).

For iOS users:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings: Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• One-time purchases do not auto-renew.
• If available in the app, you can use Restore Purchases to restore eligible prior purchases tied to the same Apple account.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.

User Content and Media Files

1. Ownership: You retain ownership rights to content you upload, including photos, videos, and other media.
2. License to Process: You grant us a limited license to store, process, and modify your content solely to provide requested services.
3. Content Restrictions: You must not upload content that:
   • Infringes intellectual property rights
   • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
   • Violates privacy or publicity rights of others
   • Contains malware or harmful code

File Storage and Retention

1. Temporary Storage: Uploaded files are generally stored temporarily for processing and may be deleted automatically after completion or after a limited period.
2. No Backup Guarantee: Our service is not a backup solution. You should keep your own backups.

Privacy and Data Collection

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to those practices.

Intellectual Property Rights

All service content, including website/app design, logos, code, and interfaces, is protected by law and owned by livephoto.video or its licensors.

• You do not acquire ownership of the underlying platform technology.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content and generated output, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data without permission
• Interfere with security, integrity, or performance
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Bypass usage limits or security controls

Service Availability and Changes

1. Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Limits: Some features may include limits (for example file size, queue limits, processing duration, or quality tiers).

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivePhoto.Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LivePhoto.Video, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
